Mr. Ryan Suárez teaches middle school science. He has a B.S. in environmental science and a master's in education, both from the University of Notre Dame, and his goal is to interest and educate students through a more practical approach to science. Mr. Suárez is originally from Los Angeles, California, but has lived in many parts of the US. He also lived in Spain for a year, in Japan for three years, and most recently, sailed around the world on the Peace Boat. Mr. Suárez began teaching in 2004 and has taught all ages from kindergarten to college to adults; he prefers middle school. Mr. Suárez is a Trustey Family STEM Teaching Fellow at the University of Notre Dame. He hopes to use both his experience and his desire to continue to develop professionally to better serve the needs of our students.
