After school, students have the opportunity to participate in diverse programming that supports their  academic and personal growth including sports, clubs, leadership opportunities and tutoring.

CYO Athletics Program

Students in grades three through eight have the opportunity to participate in girls and boys basketball, girls and boys soccer, and girls volleyball through the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) Athletics leagues.

Student clubs and tutoring

Student Council

Members of the Student Council serve the St. Peter's student community in leadership roles in collaboration with Principal and faculty moderators.  Our student leaders plan and implement community building and service activities to strengthen our school and our San Francisco community.  

Students in grades 3-8 are invited to run for class representative positions.  Students in grades 6-8 are invited to run for officer positions. 

 

University of San Francisco Tutoring Program

Students in grades 1-8 are invited to participate in a free tutoring program with students from the University of San Francisco.  This program is free, and students who need additional academic assistance in math and reading are referred by their homeroom teacher.
